A session built around you

Coverage shaped around what matters most.

Good event photography is more than pointing a camera at a stage. Zack learns the flow of the day, the people who matter, and the moments that cannot be repeated—then works quietly and attentively around them.

Community celebrations, family milestones, performances, local gatherings, fundraisers, school events, and small business occasions are welcome. For complex or once-in-a-lifetime events, the scope and backup needs will be discussed clearly before booking.

“The event belongs to the people in it. The photography should serve them.”

Zack will ask what success looks like, who must be photographed, and where the meaningful moments are likely to happen before the day begins.

How to help your event photographs succeed

1

Name the priorities

Share the schedule, key people, must-have groups, surprises, and moments that cannot be repeated. A short priority list is more useful than hundreds of generic requests.

2

Assign one contact

Choose someone who knows the event and can answer questions on the day. This keeps Zack informed without repeatedly interrupting you.

3

Protect the light

If possible, avoid placing important speakers or moments in very dark corners or directly in front of bright windows. Ask Zack for input during planning.

4

Plan group photos

Decide which groups truly matter, when those people will already be together, and who can help gather them quickly.

Good questions are welcome

Before you book

How much coverage do we need?

It depends on the schedule and priorities. Share the start time, key moments, and desired photographs; Zack can help identify a sensible coverage window.

Will we get candid and posed photographs?

Yes. Most events benefit from a mixture of natural coverage, details, key moments, and a manageable list of planned group photographs.

Does Zack travel?

Yes. Zack is based in Tisdale and is available to travel. Distance, timing, and any travel costs will be discussed before you commit.

How soon should we inquire?

As soon as the event date is reasonably firm. Earlier contact gives more time to plan the schedule, coverage, access, and backup needs.
